Online verbal and spacial awareness testing came first and then A Virtual AI driven Interview. I was invited to the next level which was a virtual assessment centre where there was a team and then individual exercise and finally a 1:1 interview with an individual from a business area. Interview questions were all pretty straight forward asking about strengths and weaknesses, my specific interest in the company and role, dealing with difficult people or situations. Preparation of potential answers was key to credibility. There was plenty of opportunity for questions and interaction. Everyone was friendly.
