I left my CV at the desk of VF during the career fair in Milan. After several days I got an e-mail from HR asking me to fill out the application at the website and to pass some test. Then I was invited to the assessment center in the office in Milan. We were in a group of 8 people. First the HR manager made a presentation about Vodafone and its internships and graduate programs then we were discussing a case, for which we had to elaborate a common decision. On the same day there was an interview with HR. Some basic questions on the background and skills, nothing scary. 5 days later I got an invitation for the interview with the manager of my department. She was really nice and was mostly asking about my background. After 3 days I got an internship.
