A phone call starting always with "Can you introduce yourself?", then they ask you some general questions to just estimate your language level, from basic vocabulary, grammar structure to accent. Then if you are accepted they will say that at once.

Interview questions was focused on English proficiency and on top of that personality skills. College degree was not a must to be accepted We had several tests and interviews until we were eventually accepted.
