You get a quick phone interview through one of the hiring team in VF Egypt. Afterwards you are invited to 1:1 interview with one of the HR staff members with a couple of familiar interview competency questions. If successful they call you in 2 weeks later to do another interview with someone from VF UK. Then the offer

I applied to the job online, got a phone screening a day later and they set me up with an interview the following day, in the smart village,
the place was so crowded, it wasn't organized at all, I had to wait for 3hrs past my interview time! there was little HR members doing the interviews for so many people
3 people are interviewed at the same time. when you're accepted, they briefly describe the job role and the salary, they're also not so clear about somethings! you have to ask direct questions to get a good answer
their offer wasn't good enough so I declined.
