Applied on university career service and got called a few days later. The whole process took one week from the first email from HR to the final hiring.
I went for a recruiting day at the headquarter, there I had 3 sessions: 1st one was a group interview done with other candidates applying to other positions, we were asked to solve a simple business case. 2nd one was with HR about university career and motivation for joining the company. 3rd one was with the hiring manager and a senior person from the team, asked about my thesis and pvs internship.

Depois da candidatura via online onde submeti o meu CV, fui contactado de modo a responder a várias questões via online, onde as mesmas se apresentavam em vídeo e de seguida tinha x segundos para me preparar e x segundos para responder à pergunta. Todo este processo tem que ser feito em Inglês.

There was an online assessment with video recording generalized interview. Then a 5 hour process of 3 stages including 1)providing a innovative action that Vodafone can take in order to improve the company on specific aspects (eg inclusion,environment), 2) 45min interview with HR and 3) provide technological ideas to improve the customer service experience.

Entrevista
First, you submit your CV onto their platform. If they think you fit their role, you'll be selected for a video interview.
The video interview process is through HireView. It consists of a series of 5 situational questions and 2 gamified tests (memory and pattern selection).
After the video interview, you should get an automated email with an AI-generated overview of your performance (your strengths, weaknesses and so on).
Unfortunately, I didn't get to the in-person assessment.
