A short 1hr - 1hr.15 interview with generic technical & competency based questions. I got a call back two days later saying they were keen to discuss this further, and asked if I was interested in taking up the role and suggested an offer was incoming. They then ghosted me and clearly didn't have the stomach to let me know they found a more suitable candidate. Very disrespectful and it seems I have dogged a bullet not getting this role.

positive informative not easy, need to be informed on the position and technical background in order to proceed, sometimes interviews are busy and would send someone inexperienced for the interview
