Company recruitment process was very good and smooth. They came for campus recruitment and offered fixed CTC 3.6 L p.a. COmpany first took an aptitude test and then shortlisted the candidates. minimum criteria to appear for the selection process was overall 60% throughout academic career. company then took gd and then again short listed. then took a personal interview. the then shortlisted candidates were called again for another personal interview round after 5-6 days.
