Introduction: Two Online Tests. The first will be a verbal /logical/numeric Test, the second a situational Test in English. Group Discussion: a. The group discussion will be on a business case in English. b. The candidates will prepare 15 minutes individually and discuss the business case for 30 minutes amongst each other. c. The entire discussion will be in English. One-to-One Interview: d. For the candidates who pass the group discussion stage, there will be an individual competency based interview.
