The hiring process was made up of 4 stages, an initial application, some tests, a video interview and an assessment day. The application and tests were fairly standard while the video interview was a new experience for me. There was some tricky questions but overall was a good experience. The assessment day had a few group exercises, a 1 on 1 presentation and a 1 on 1 interview. The staff were all really friendly and made the day a really pleasant experience. Overall I really enjoyed the process and the company got back to me very quickly at each stage which was great!
