I had a phone interview with a recruiter and that was it for the interview process. Although, it should probably be mentioned that I was extremely overqualified for the position and I was really just looking for any job for about five months when I would move to attend medical school

The interview process was very simple. It was over the phone interview. They asked traditional interview questions, but the one that I always remember is when they asked me to describe how I would give instructions on making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Although this is a little funny, I understood that they were looking to understand that I can provide clear concise directions which directly applied to my role as a technical support customer service rep.

The interview went smoothly. Wasn't told what my responsibilities would be. After receiving the job, realized that it wasn't a good fit. Quit after a few months. Most likely wouldn't have taken the job.

Over the phone, they asked me random question and send me a letter by email, telling me that they offer me the job. They asked me to test my internet speed because I was going to work from home.
After hired me , the trainer ask me why do you think we have to give you this job. And what are your weakness. He questions my abilities to do the job.
