Applied online, received a call a day later. Had 2 interviews with HR and a senior engineer which went pretty well. Afterwards, HR constantly promised to set me up for the next level next day which in reality took almost 2 months. The position was downgraded to a senior engineer. Had finally an interview with a recently assigned director which went pretty well. However, I received a rejection email some days later with no explanation.
