Hmm, not sure where to begin. Feedback I got after my phone interview was I did great job solving 3 programming problems but the the concern was that my answers were too detailed. Not really sure what to make of that. Questions for so simple that solved 2 programming questions in one round. In other programming round I solved one question and some time to explain my approach on the second one. Since, I was told that in phone interview my answers were too detailed, I was was walking a fine line not to give too many details unless asked. I didn't receive offer citing that my programming wasn't up to the expectation. With my research on Glassdoor and other websites, I knew that one is expected solve only one programming question per round, in onsite programming interviews. However, I was told that we do required people to finish at least two programming problem per round. This is a blatant lie and not something I would expect from a company like LinkedIn.
