I had applied for an Engineering position in Westerville, OH. Within a month an HR rep called to chat with me about the position and fit. Within 3 days the HR rep called back to setup an initial interview within a couple of members of the team. Within two weeks of meeting the team they called and scheduled an in person interview. They were very communicative in the beginning but kept pushing things off saying they are still interviewing at all stages, eventhough they told me I would hear something back in a day or two. After the last interview all messages, emails, and communications have been crickets and the job is still posted.

Pretty easy and straightforward, the interview is more on technical side. Require 2 test before interview and interview takes 3 rounds, overall good experience, recommend and transparent HR. Salary Negotiation is on easy side, which it market rate
