Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with partner/hiring manager, face to face interview The recruiter made it seem as if there was an immediate need to hire. I had a second phone call with the hiring manager the same day. The recruiter followed up the next day and wanted me to come in for an interview. I went to the interview and spent an hour and a half there. They provided no timeline however for me on when I may expect to hear back. I followed up thanking each person I interviewed with as well as recruiter immediately, and three weeks later have not heard any feedback regarding my interview. When a company employs a corporate recruiter, I would think the least they could do would be to follow up with a candidate. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I see that a new job posting was made for the same position. Proceed with caution!
