good, it was three roind interview process. wiht psycometric test as starting. then with behavioural interview with companys core values and some question about my proejcts and tech stacks i worked on. later other interview with salary discussion.

Entrevista
1. First there was a quick screening call with a recruiter
2. Then there were 2 online psychometric tests issued from Thomas International (one was a personal profile analysis which is a behavioural assessment and the other was the High Potential Trait Indicator which assesses your personality).
3. Following on from that, I had an online interview with the practice lead and a senior java developer via MS Teams.
