I got mail for mind mill assesment which is very creative and went well, after that there was Skype technical interview by development manager post that there was online technical test.After all these tests am still awaiting for feedback.

I applied for Oracle PL/SQL developer in the month of October 2019, after which I received a call from recruiter next day for screening and said that they will take my profile ahead. Thereafter I received no update from recruiter even after multiple follow-ups on their my.smartrecruiter portal. In the month of November 2019, I again came across another matching role (BI Developer) but in different location. I again received called from recruited next day saying that I have applied for multiple roles and asked my preference. After I expressed my interest for BI developer role, he told that they are happy to take it forward and I was informed that the offered would be rolled out in a week or so if the interview goes well. I was asked to take online assessment which I completed withing 2 days. Thereafter, my application was progressed to In Review status, but I haven't heard anything on this profile since then even after multiple follow-ups. Now if I login to my.smartrecruiter portal, I can see two applications, both of which are in In Review status, with no update on the same. Its really disappointing to have no update from recruiter, when you have already spend time and effort in taking the assessments. Also the status on the portal is either misleading or useless, as the recruiter doesn't cares what's there in their portal which is intended to help candidates to keep a track of their application.
