Applied online through Workable. Was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone screen. She was a no-show, sent an email the next day saying she was sick - fine. Rescheduled the phone call for the following day and was again unable to reach her. Rescheduled again and had a pretty typical interview about my current experience and what I was looking for in my next role. She said she was talking to the engineering team about setting up an interview with them but never responded to me.
