Applied online, received email requesting an interview face to face. Attended 2 waves of interviews with the first one being with one manager then attended a group/panel interview. A bit disjointed in their questions and who was going to ask what and they had no formal way to score interview responses except pieces of blank notepaper so they don't have a good standardized process for the interviews.
