2 interviews within a 2 hour period, with 2 people sitting in on each interview (all male). The two interviews were very similar to each other. They actually had 2 people interviewing for the same role come in at the exact same date and time, which meant we were uncomfortably sitting in the foyer for 15 minutes while the interviewers 'ran late' to come and get us. Nobody would go into what it's like to work at the company - I had to ask everyone what their roles were, what the company structure was, and how they enjoyed working at VentraIP. Despite positive Glassdoor reviews about the company culture, nobody I asked seemed to have anything particularly positive to say about it. Would highly recommend getting a recruiter or talent person who can paint your company in a positive light and convince people that they should work there!
