If you are preparing to interview with Vartek then I highly suggest you be prepared for the following:
1. A Conversation interview for them to get to know you better (Phone)
2. Another Conversation interview to get to know you even more than the previous interview (Video)
3. Interview with the location manager (Video)
4. Interview with the IT manager (Video)
5. Waiting period for FBI background check and drug testing
6. Interview with the location manager (Person)
7. Interview with the IT manager and location manager (Person)
If hired after all that, expect to:
1. Drive to several locations all day long
2. Be in charge of 1 whole school building by yourself
3. Be expected to take care of all your own car repairs from all the wear and tear you are putting on your car (they only cover gas)
4. Move inventory in your own car from location to location
5. Only get paid $35,000 annually for all of that

3. Are you willing to travel to multiple locations a day (sometimes the same location multiple times)
Interview process was 5 interviews, a personality test, and an IQ test. Everyone was warm and easy to talk with. The first interview was a basic recruiter interview. The last interview was an on site walk through

Standard tech questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Want to make sure you will be a good culture fit as much as an intelligent technology professional. I thought the interview was fair and balanced.
