Simple 1 hour interview with staff members . Excellent breakdown of position , staff, goals and compensation. Met with the members of the staff, they each explained their role with the company and how they could help me be successful and grow within the company . There was also a quick role play that showcased the product I would be selling. They were extremely thorough with explaining all aspects of the company .
