After you pass through that phase you will come on-site for an interview with a hiring manager. The first time is not always a fit, but their recruiters do a good job of plugging you into other opportunities. For me, the second opportunity was a win/win,

I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.
