The Overall experience was great! Consisted of about 4 stages. 3 telephonic interviews and the final was at the local VMware Office. Interviewers(HR and Hiring Managers) were genuine, clear and concise about what they were looking for in the successful candidate making it easy for me to decide too if this was a good fit. I enjoyed my interview process because it was clear i was a good fit.
