At the outset it was a pretty straight forward and positive experienced process and I was been kept informed of the progress at every stage of the interview. Considering this was Mid-Snr Level Sales related interview it did involve w couple of interview rounds as outlined below : 1. Basic qualification discussion with recruiter (VMware direct) - 15 mins 2. First basic technical round, generic Infra technologies. - 35mins 3. Second technical Round with a VMware Data Centre Architect, quite technical. - 2hrs 4. Third techno-managerial round with focus on past experience in sales and overall management - 1.5hrs 5. Fourth business and Management round - 1 hr 6. Final round with the business head, expectations and all (only if you clear all of the above) - 1hr 7. HR and Salary discussion - 30mins However, all in all it took about 3months for me to get the final offer
