Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. Acudí a una entrevista en VMware (Boston, MA) en may 2021
Entrevista
So, not impressed much by the VMware communications at all. I had bad experience two times.
Couple years back recruiter reached out me asking if I am interested in the software engineer role. Had follow-up with recruiter, completed test. They asked me for available for the the phone interview which never got scheduled.
Back to current, they again contacted me for cloudhealth team, the role sounded interesting so I said yes. Had technical assessment which I passed. Then had hiring manager interview. All question was resolved around the why I want to leave my current job and why I left my previous 3 jobs (funny thing is I looked into the profile of the interviewer and seems they jumped more than me). Told about having bad work life balance and technology issue and since I am at the start of my career which they did not liked. I end up getting reject saying I am not the right fit for the job.
One advice, don't mention good work life balance in job description if it is not what you mean.
I won't be considering them for future for sure.

Why you left your first job?
Why you left your second job?
Why you want to leave now?
What you are looking for tour next job?
Had a call with the hiring manager who only seemed interested in why I was leaving my previous job and not what I have been working on or my skillset. At the end of the call I didn't seem like that was a good impression and decided not to pursue.
Got the coding round and got rejected though all test cases passed. The recruiter sent a hacker rank directly. Got everything executed but still sent a rejection since they got another candidate for the position
