There will be an initial screening interview by one of the recruiters. If you are short listed you will then have between 3-5 1:1 interviews with the manager, peers and peers of the manager. Anyone can say No to the hire and everyone needs to say Yes. This can lead to a very extended interview process. Worth it if you have the patience.

Entrevista
Led by third-party recruiter; initial phone screening interview, following by face-to-face interview with hiring manager. Subsequent interviews with other sales personnel and Regional Manager. Large candidate pool; narrowed down to five for interviewing process, including one internal candidate (who did not get the offer). Interview process was professional, highly organized, timely with good communication; interviews comprised of thought-provoked dialogue with situational questions. Great company; great people!
