Initial call with recruiter was responding to a set of ten terms (ROI, TCO, Change Management,....).
Panel interview (4 VMware guys) was very unstructured and loose. One guy turned up late for the interview and was dozy the whole time (as was one of the other guys). Hiring manger was looking for something but wasn't really indicating what. Job holder was brought in to describe job and was very good.
Duration was 60 minutes. Last 5 mins was a lost cause.
