Selection to the interview is based on test that long more than two hours which tested the hardware and programming skills. Only those passing the test will be allowed to attend the interview. The board had two members from the company and they asked about the projects done and tested knowledge in micro controllers and even the basics. Interview lasted about one hour and I was not selected because there were few questions regarding the memory management of controllers which I couldn't answer then.
