I was invited for an HR screening call. The interviewer joined in late and it turned out that HR was not available so some other employee conducted the interview. It was a basic discussion about my past experiences and introduction which ended in about 10 mints. A week later I sent a followup email to get no response and after a week HR replied to my messages that I have sent her on Linkedin. A single liner reply saying that we are not moving forward with you. I asked her to share the reason and my short comings which i might needed to work on? But I was left on seen ☺️
