I origianlly got an on-campus interview with my university and met with one of their recruiters. It was more of a technical interview and was based on more of my past performances within my work experience. After that they sent me an email inviting me to join the second round of interviews and this was in the Golden Valley location where the internship would take place. There were about 12 other people and they started out by doing an overview of the company. After this there was 3 half hour interviews with different directors of departments and mostly behavioral questions with such questions as a difficult employee in the workplace or a time where I initiated a project. After this there was a networking session with current employees and the directors. Overall it was a bit daunting emeting with that many interviewers but is a great corporation and good interview experience.
