I was referred by an employee and received a call from the HR for scheduling an interview. The process consisted of two rounds of telephonic interview. The first interview concentrated on the kind of work I had done during my internships and projects. The statistical techniques and tools I had used in the past were the focus of the interview. The second interview was a combination of technical and HR round.
