Network through school career fair and was contacted after two weeks or so. Went through an on campus interview and then an onsite interview. The first interview was mostly behavioral question with a manager and a new employee. The onsite interview consist of two parts. The first part is a group work with other intern candidates. The task was to see how everyone work together to solve a task given to us. The second part of the interview was more behavioral questions with other managers from the company.

Mostly behavior questions, but the hardest question for me was why do you want to work for the healthcare industry.
Interview process was horrible and unprofessional. After receiving a call with the promise of an interview, I received no link or email for the interview. I was left disheartened as I tried multiple times calling them and was sent to voicemail each time. Only to get an email saying the position has been filled out. It is extremely unprofessional.

It was a horrible experience. Some of the people who got selected hadn't even given their HR interview. Later they did it after announcing the results as a formality. Currently they are probably hiring to increase the head count.

I was contacted by email within a few days of my on-line application to participate in a digital interview. This is a technology by HireVu where you are asked a set of questions and you record your responses and submit them to the company. You have a time limit to complete the responses. I was a bit nervous having never done this type of interview before. The questions are behavioral and "tell me how you...". The process is fine but you really need to answer thoroughly to get your experience across. I really like this company and want to work for them. Hope I get an in person interview but I don't feel I showcased myself well with this technology.
