FIRST you start of with a phone interview and if you pass that they will usually tell you right away if they are going to schedule another interview with a recuiter. Then its off to the first in person interview with the recuiter. It is one on one. After that you have a 2nd interview with the hiring managers which are 2 people. From there if you get an offer you just gotta pass a drug and background check
