One of the worst and badly organized interview that I have ever attended in my career. Called for face to face final round, they had no idea who has to conduct interview. Finally there is one SDM avialble to conduct interview, but sadly he dont have any experience in Healthcare so he decides to call another manage on call and tries connecting, but failed. Again he continues and in between he takes two personal calls on mobile. Finally other manager who had knowledge on healthcare gets on call and tells i am not looking for manager who only has operational skills, I want a manager who will work like agent. I am confused, not sure what they are looking for, two managers trying to dominate each other no questions abt subject or project managment skills.
