I applied Febraury 19,2018, first was initial then the versant and written exam, after u passed then u will proceed to the final interview, process was fast, and after the interview then you are going to wait again for the results, and then someone from the recruitment will approach you regarding the results, and for me this guy give me a medical form to complete in adventus, and so i comply and completed the medical exam, I was able to submit it to the recruitment and was advised to wait for their call regarding the job offer?? I was told that their is a possibility that my job offer was not approved by the hiring manager?? So a week has passed and no call from them yet.. Well its dissapointing cause they should atleast inform me that i didnt qualify on the day that i applied.. Seriously? Optum? Why hassle your applicant to do medical exam when u wont give a job offer? ? We are just waiting in vain

The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.
