After you submit your application, they review it to see if you meet the basic criteria. If you do meet it, they email you to inform you and to self identify and to schedule the first telephone interview. If you meet the basic qualifications then a face to face interview is set up. After this face to face interview, you'll be informed if an offer is forthcoming.
