Entrevista
It is standard, there is a brief discussion and description on what the position is about. Then there are 5-6 different questions. It takes anywhere from 30-45 min, if you get passed the interview part, then you are asked to stay for the next part which is a drug test. They will get let you know if you will start based on results.

I, along with many others, sat in their main office and I'm pretty sure they just hired everyone. I basically just explained that I'm computer savvy, and I'm well versed with customer service. They will drug test you on the spot and if you pass, then you begin training to get licensed.

Not alot of pressure. You meet with a Recruiter Who asks you about 7 questions. Then if they ask you to take a seat and wait. While you are waiting they draft an offer letter... If you are not available for The mandatory Training dates then The offer letting will be withdrawn. Make sure you have a flexible schedule
