It consists 4 rounds: 1st - Resume Shortling :- in this round they shortlisted only 24 students out of all CSE students of my college. 2 nd Round - OA :- in this round, there was total 5 modules including aptitude, written English, technical section and networking etc . They shortlisted only 8 students out of 24 for the next round and I was shortlisted. 3 rd Round :- Technical round :- I have answered all the questions. well but I showed a little bit lack of confidence in networking. I think that would be the reason to not selected for the last round. 4 th Round :- HR round

Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Interviews: ein Screening und eine technische Runde. Meiner Meinung nach sind beide Runden positiv verlaufen. Nach dem Interview habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und musste das Feedback ausdrücklich anfordern. Im Feedback stand, dass mir „marginale Consulting-Soft-Skills“ fehlten, ohne eine detaillierte Beschreibung, welche genau gemeint waren. Ich vermute, dass dies nur eine Ausrede für einen anderen (wirklichen) Grund für die Absage war, den ich natürlich nicht kennen kann.
