I got referred by an employee to the Unisys Canada job. The interview went on for an hour. Managers and seniors at the interview all seemed really nice and friendly. They did introduction about the company, their clients and projects and that took most half of the time. Asked questions related to what technologies you were using, language, past experience, also was asked to describe a structure on setting up a web application with database connection, etc. No specific programming language questions.

Entrevista
Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Interviews: ein Screening und eine technische Runde. Meiner Meinung nach sind beide Runden positiv verlaufen. Nach dem Interview habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und musste das Feedback ausdrücklich anfordern. Im Feedback stand, dass mir „marginale Consulting-Soft-Skills“ fehlten, ohne eine detaillierte Beschreibung, welche genau gemeint waren. Ich vermute, dass dies nur eine Ausrede für einen anderen (wirklichen) Grund für die Absage war, den ich natürlich nicht kennen kann.

The recruitment process is very fast, initially i attended to online test , one is apittude and communication and other test is technical, after that i have given technical interview most of the questions asked from python.
