It took 3 hours the whole process. Interview with mock scenario in english and supported language and very easy. There were 3 stages in the assessment. 1- presentation about the company. 2- IT test with multiple choice questions and grammar. 3- mock scenario with the personal interview with final assessment about a customer who bought a ticket and couldnt travel and you have to solve his problem. we were told that they will get back to us in 2 weeks and took more than this.
