Interview was conducted in the warehouse. You are assigned a table that is 6 ft long end tables are about six feet apart. There was about 20 people they're all sitting at their own table. They come around and give you two number tests. The first one is do the numbers match(9012-9012 yes, 12056-12055 no). The next one is 2 4 6 8 next number is 10 and 12 9 12 6 12 next number is 3. Then the interviewer sits on the other side of a 6-foot table and starts the interview. The whole thing was just over 30 minutes. I found the whole thing to be unprofessional. Sitting in open Warehouse being asked questions 6 ft away from the people next to you. With all the background noise it was hard to hear the questions and concentrate. I found myself resorting to short answers. Uline says are like one big family. I left the interview feeling I was treated like garbage and disappointed. They sent me an email within 5 business days telling me there'd be no offer.
