The interview is pretty straightforward which will require about 3 interviews - HR to verify fit for the role, a technical panel interview and the final interview. Ubisoft probably has one of the best hiring practices within Manila as HR really keeps you up-to-date throughout the process and gives constructive feedback on each stage which is quite rare. The discussions were very open and I could reach out to them for follow-ups or any questions should I have any.

Interview questions will mostly go about your project management skills and experience so you have to have a good grasp of the best practices you can apply during difficult project situations. You also need to have a basic understanding of the game development process (to simply understand the gaps between your current and the potential work at Ubisoft) and how your current skillset will come into play.
In order to best prepare for the interview, ask as much questions as you can when HR discuss the job description with you as the questions will revolve around the expectations for the job.
