I applied in person for the designation of Junior game tester. Interview is divided in 3 parts First, your general aptitude test will be conducted along with essay writing. Second will be your technical round , where all the technicalities of testing process is asked. It was really long in my case. And people who have answered here that it is an easy interview when it comes for this position are guiding you wrong or were lucky. Round was quite long and he asked me almost everything I knew about testing. From basic definitions to real time testing scenarios. And if you clear the above, you will be called for HR round which in my case was another technical round and after clearing that I was told to go through HR round.

The process was good and smooth. The HR was helpful and the process was fast. 3 to 4 rounds of interview. Also HR ensuring smooth on boarding. Screening , Technical interview, Managerial round. This was the process of 2022. The process might have changed now.
