At first it was smooth, chatted with the recruiter a couple times, then a design lead in Seattle, the Copy Lead in SF and passed the copy test. My in-person was set to go, put on hold...then I was shuffled between a bunch of recruiters, then abruptly I was told they had hired someone else. No feedback was given.
