I was initially vetted for this position through a recruiting company that also operates as a temp agency. They had my profile and sent it over to Uber. Following that was simply a skype call interview with the project manager. He asked me general questions about my experience in sales. I was offered the job two days later. It was a very rushed process and not a very vigorous interview.
