Unprofessional and non related interview process with poor coordination I interviewed for a Business Analyst position at UST, and the experience was quite disappointing. The process lacked clarity and professionalism from the start. The interviewer was from a pure SQL background and focused only on that, despite me clearly stating that SQL is only a part of my responsibilities. The session ended in under 15 minutes, with no discussion about the actual role. Key issues: ❌ No Job Description (JD) shared even after follow-ups ❌ Phone calls were ignored till the last minute ❌ Interview link was shared late at night ❌ Invitation sent with unprofessional email ❌ Interviewer lacked alignment with the actual role ❌ Interview ended abruptly without relevant discussion The company should seriously work on better coordination, clearer communication, and matching interviewers to the job role.
