i was referred to the position by an acquaintance and HR shared the information with the hiring manager. i had a telephonic interview with hiring manager, who basically looked into what makes me fit for the role and then was called up for a face-face with a Sr. Mgr. Sr. Mgr enlightened me on the role and there were only few technical questions.
