Their are two rounds of technical interviews and one manager round. Interview was quite simple and really enjoyed the process. But they took two weeks to send me offer letter after my joining date of some other organisation. They know about my last date. They given me the offer as per my requirement. But The PF was very less. 1800 only from employee and employer side. I heard about hiring and firing policy. Their are many good clients like Philips, Dell, Microsoft and So on. But they do not maintain bench policy. So If you are on bench, then time to get fire. And I heard about racism as well. Same north and south. But I don’t care much about this.
