First round of technical interview which lasted for 30 mins. Knowledgeable person conducts the interview comparing to other companies. Not a deep drill down of technical expertise, but looking for varieties in your skillset. Second round is management, which lasted for 45 mins. Very appreciative, value your inputs and experience. Overall you will feel good after your rounds, if you feel that you are good at your skillset and needs individuality
