I appeared for interview at xpansion Pune.
There was a walk in. Huge number of candidates showed up. Each candidate has to give written test.
And wait for results. There were just 3-4 interviewees. It was arranged pathetic way. In digital world online test is a good choice , xpansion HR should consider it and prior planning was missing from HR team.
